This workshop consisting of 2, 90 minute sessions, is facilitated by medical nutritionist, Shoshana Levinson, MS., cDN.
The program, which relies on eating everyday foods, and taking 2 nutritional supplements is for anyone interested in improving energy, boosting immunity, reducing digestive problems and losing weight.
Another profound benefit of this program is that at the end of the 10 day cleanse, you will have the opportunity to self test yourself for potential food intolerances, sensitivities and allergies.
This evaluation phase known as the “challenge” will be discussed and taught by Shoshana, who has more than 24 years experience with food allergy counseling.
