This 4 week series guides individuals towards being less dependent on eating sugar.

Full of information, including gradual dietary change and nutritional supplements for reducing cravings, this seminar is for anyone who feels out of control with sugar and compelled to eat it. The results will include increased energy, clearer thinking and weight loss.

This eight week series will give step by step instructions to create healthy lifestyle changes.

How to clean up your diet, choose the right supplements, and set realistic goals for self care.
 
 
 
Mindful Eating & Permanent Weight Loss
These 90 minute weekly group meetings include education, self assessment, relaxation techniques and discussion.

The support and motivation helps individuals to accomplish their weight loss goals.
Currently this group meets on Saturday morning from 11 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. in Storrs.
 
 
 
Seasonal Detoxification

Twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, Shoshana offers group supervision in cleansing. These protocols are employed to reduce the toxic load of the body, clean out the digestive tract, and strengthen the body’s immunity.
