In this introductory seminar, Shoshana will explain the reasons why diets
don't work, and will offer fundamental solutions that she has developed
over the past 22 years in her integrative nutrition practice.
She will introduce
us to the concept of Mindful Eating, a practice that opens up the inner
dialog regarding food, our bodies, and our habits, which eventually leads
us to a better understanding of self, and an improvement in our relationship
with food.
Diet, nutritional supplements and balanced eating of carbohydrates, protein
and good fats will be addressed.
This seminar will be of interest to anyone that struggles with their weight
as well as practitioners who work with issues concerning health, weight,
